    Garage Floor Paint

Almost forgot...I used the commercial grade version. Not the lighter weight stuff. It was about $90 per kit.

    Garage Floor Paint

Used the Rust-oleum product on my workshop floor. It was virgin concrete that had cured for a month. Followed the preparation directions EXACTLY. Cleaned the floor, etched it...lots of water...a real backbreaker of a mess. Got it done and put the paint down including the color chips. 2 years...

can anyone awnser my quetion what would be the problem if th

Mine did the same thing...kept getting worse and worse. Did everything that everyone else recommended...ended up being the spool valve leaking internally. Took it to my local hydraulic shop where they tested it for free

    Telehone problem

As I understand it the problem with repair in some states is a union/Verizon issue (especially PA). According to my understanding, union rules limit the number of repair crews that can be assigned to weekend work. Verizon is reluctant to pay OT so I believe CWA put a limit on the number of crews...

    clear nail polish

have used red polish as a thread locker on many bolts....from motorcycles to tractors. Seems to work ok. Never had anything loosen up that wasn"t supposed to. Like the built in brush. Wife keeps hers in the fridge and gives me the colors she decides not to use.

Reply to question about 1st tantrum

...better yet, plant firethorn. Foresty service uses it to stabilize burned over areas. Grows fast, is thick/hedge-like, has 1 - 2" thorns. Great for keeping the neighbors away

    bugs

We sort of have a similar problem with stink bugs. As I understand it, they came over form SE Asia in the late 90s. They moved into my area about 2 years ago (SE PA). The behavior seems to be the same as the one listed in the bug link by a previous poster. They stink if you crush them. Looks...

    hydraulic hoses

I just replaced about 14 hoses and the spool valve on my MF 220 loader. All were shot. I considered using the Northern Tool Chinese mass produced ones but elected to go to my local hydraulics shop. Was well worth the extra $$ (actually not a whole lot extra). Got a LOT of great advice and...

    OT - air bed company

Had a conventional mattress for years. Got to the point that my back bothered me every morning. Kept turning the mattress as instructed but didn't really help much. Got up one morning, stood up, and went right down to my knees with the pain. Bought the middle model of the Select Comfort bed...

MF 220 - Spool Valve question

Chuck thanks for your reply. I, too had done an archive search and went through all of my manuals for both the loader and the tractor. Came up with nothing. I also emailed Big Dean directly. His reply stated that it was an open center system. He"s a wealth of knowledge and a stellar human being...

MF 220 - Spool Valve question

Have an MF 220 w/MF216 loader. Am replacing the spool valve. I"ve been told that most tractors are open center systems. But, since it"s an internal pump I thought I"d ask before I fired it up.....is this one an open center system also?

    Ruger SP101

Sorry about getting in on this a little late. This is one of the first times I"ve read a long thread like this all the way through. I"ve been a very very staunch supporter of the Second Amendment ever since I was 15 or so (a long time back). Have been an NRA member since 16, and have had CCW...
