    Perhaps you should read my post again. You will see that I mentioned the holes differ in number and diameter. I also provided the spray angle info you left out. Then I backed it all up with documentation. So stick your head back in the snow and cool down.

    Model 80, all 820, 830, and 840 nozzles spray at 160° angles. The differences are the number of holes and their diameters described earlier. Therefore, your 830 tips will spray properly for the 80 pistons, just with more fuel.
