    Komatsu D-3 Fluids

    A friend of mine has a Komatsu D-3 dozer - there are three dipsticks under the front seat and he's not sure what they're for. He doesn't have the manual but I would assume they are hydraulic fluid, hydro fluid and transmission fluid. Anyone familiar with this machine? Thanks Pete

    John Deere 1020

    The guy I help do hay got their old 1020 freshened up. They're a good sized operation so this tractor just gets used trimming around the barns and roads. I was going to add a few more pictures but I guess I can only do two at a time

    Freeze Dried Hay Update

    View From My Weekend Office

    Old and Not so Old

    A guy I went too high school with was working some ground next to us and had some hydraulic issues with his JD 8870 and parked it in our lot to work on it. He just happened to park it next to our old JD plow. He has a twin tractor to it, so he went and got that so he could keep moving

    John Deere 870 Hydraulic Sump

    Kubota 3130 shuts off

    We've got a Kubota 3130 that would run for a few minutes, then shut off. I replaced the seat switch and fuel solenoid which didn't solve the problem. I replaced the ignition switch, which seemed to solve it until yesterday, when it started acting up again. I had a similar problem with my 1755...

    JD 870 Power Steering

    My sister has a John Deere 870 with a loader and backhoe. I'll have to get the manual, but does the power steering have a separate sump from the hydraulic system? The reason I ask is that the hydraulics seem to be ok, but the power steering acts like it's starving for fluid. I haven't looked...
