    Not....there is a 3250 C out there, past points champ that is about 50- maybe 55 hp. Now there are some 70 + hp tractors out there running 3250, but I dont think all tha power is needed. for 3250 3.5mph, a good running 3.75 bore 206 with a berry cam should cut it ok...I think an R would be...
