    Carb may still be a concern if it was dumping that much fuel. Glad you found the leak into the manifold. Hopefully it has not run long enough to dust the engine. Replace the manifold and change the oil.

    3020 Gas or 3010 Diesel

    Don't need a second battery. Haven't changed plugs in 20 years. Still have points. Starts below zero. Should change manifold to hot setting in winter but Haven't done that recently.

    You will need lots of lpg tanks to store your fuel needs. Takes more gallons lpg than gasoline engines to do same work. Maybe 200,000 gallons or more and if fuel of any kind is short where will you refill?

    Those machines are 50 years old. Are they going to be used for intensive farming? May want to reconsider everything including the job.

    Yes I know about party lines. Our number was 14F04 Line 14 and ring was 4 short rings. Parents had that number until '64 or '65 Have the old phone hanging on my wall.
