    Did the Ford 2000 3cyl with up flow muffler use the straight throug design, or did they use the off set style sold by Stieners? Has anybody used the offset? Does it make too much back pressure? Less noise? Thanks all

    Those woods blades are ok except if you were blowing into the wagon. They have no holes to bolt the lift paddles on. Since you have 4 blades it looks like someone intended to collect corn stocks or forage with it.

    I live near KC. We have a place that rebuilds starters and generators. A little pricy but worth it for the job they do. The company is ROmaine and they are a nationwide company. Only too expensive if you have to ship the starter both ways.

    As far as weak points, the pto is not super strong. It is the one thing that was replaced on my tractor before I bought it.

    Wow! That makes a lot of sense. We did get points in it but it was a struggle. Since you are familiar with these tractors could you answer this? We are cleaning filters and screen and the carb is the last one. Can you tell by fuel flow if the pump is working? Does turning on the ignition...

    The line to the carb comes from the fuel pump at the front of the engine, not the bowl.

    Is there a sercret for getting the screen that goes into the carb on a ford 2000 3cyl. I cant seem to get enough room for a wrench to do any good. If I take the carb loose, it won't drop down far enough to clear the carb bolts so I can rotate and get a wrench on it. The fuel line that I am...

    I saw JD D at a tractor pull. It had the worst case of tire cracks I have ever seen. I quit worrying so much after that.

    Are you talking about irrigation tires? I remembe Roger Welch in his tractor book saying he couldn't find field tires for his WC Allis. Found irrigation tires of that size. Lite duty but ok for show.

    Once the screens are cleaned I would guess with that little fuel pump the gas should come out of that drain at a pretty good clip
