    Unfortunately this is the type of nozzle that the stem is permanently imbedded in the can and only the spray nozzle comes off. Thanks all for suggestions!

    Was shaking a brand new never used spray paint rattle can, it flew out of my hand, hit the floor and snapped off the nozzle, the stem is attached to the can half broke off. Had this happen on a can of penetrating lube. That I put a small hole in it to bleed off the air. But this is paint this time.

    Grease gun fitting

    Ive replaced the grease coupler a couple times, they have a tendency to pop off when they get worn, I find it annoying when greasing a zerk you cant see and get more around the fitting than in it !

    Picked up a B awhile back and trying to clean it up a bit. I would like to replace the transmission cover gasket, do I just shift it to neutral or put it in a certain gear ? 2nd question, it has magneto on it, so when I got it, it had a rusty toggle switch on it for on/off, I had a mag switch...

    The only play in the steering would be the ball joints or tie rod ends attached to the front axle or any other worn parts on the axle.

    yes its somewhat gutted,I then filled the box with corn head grease. I did the majority of it myself, and had a retired IH mechanic plum the priority valve and filter for me as Iam not a hydraulics guru !

    It does use the the steering box but only to hold the steering rods,you discard the worm gear and steering shaft.

    ve got the JPS on my 300, its expensive but makes it nice little tractor with it, its the way to go for someone with a bad steering box, sorry no pics. Go to their website for the pics on the kit.

    yes thats all there is to it, once you get it off you will be able to loosen it up by penetrating oil, and working it back and forth.
