10-20 value

any idea what a 10-20 is worth. clean tractor on rubber, good paint. has an f-30 motor in it. tractor has been sitting in a shed and motor is stuck, but should free easily. up for auction this tuesday. ser k0171310 (was rebuilt and parked for several years)

Not even a guess as to worth. Sounds like a parts source if sheet metal is in good shape not much else 30 motor might be worth something if not broken.

10-20's are hard to nail down for price. some go for a reasonable amount, and sometimes you cant give them away. i listed a '25 model in the photo ads a few days ago for 1500 or offer and only got one phone call. kinda sad since its loose with compression and has all its correct early parts on it

the F-30 engine in that one would be an improvement since it has a water pump and about 10 more horse. hopefully its not stuck too terribly bad

appears like a 1930 on cut down steel. too bad it has that red paint slopped on it, as for them collector tractors to be worth money they need to be left original. i will say 1000.00-1500.00.

I've never seen a 30 engine in a 10-20, doesn't seem like there would be room for the water pump. How about the water manifold?

I picked up a 1924 10-20 for $500 that was stuck and in rough shape. I since then rebuilt the head all new valves and just un-stuck it rather than a re build and I have a lot of money in her. So If she is cheap buy her up it looks to be in ok shape.

10-20 chassis is the same size. just to make sure i went out and looked. got a 10-20 sitting right beside my W30 orchard.

water pump is shorter than you might think since it bolts flush on the head. use the W-30 water elbows and your in business since the block are basically identical
