135 UK Serial #

My serial # is 409637 and there is an M also above it. This is on the tag on the dash to the right of the steering wheel. What year is it, and where can I look up the Uk serial #'s for future reference.

403518 to 419583 is from 1972

135's were uprated from 1971 and serials numbers started from 400,001

Puddingsworld has the serial numbers. There is a link on there to another site, Jarle's, but that site doesn't come up anymore. It had a lot pictures of 135's on it along with the complete serial numbers. The starting numbers are still on Puddingsworld though. Just google it. Dave
