1937 John Deere's Centennial year

The John Deere centennial was in 1937 this was a big deal for them in 1937. John Deere painted a new model D gold that year for the celebration. Wow!!! 100 years in business.
This got me thinking since we all can't own a tractor as rare as that one. Do you think in years to come that any and all 1937 John Deeres will be sought after due to the fact they was built in the centennial year of the company?
My thoughts are probley not in my life time, But maybe in my grandkid? I do feel at some point they will sought for being built in the centennial year. Any way there's a (1937 A) in the back barn just waiting it out.
What do you guys think?

I have a 37 long frame B on skeleton steel, fenders and fully restored and totally complete to the best of my knowledge. I plan to pass it along to the next generation.

I thought that I would tell you all that the Gold-Leaf-Deere, the 1/2 size Gold-Leaf-Deere and a Replica af Mr Deere's first plow are scheduled to go to The Rollag, Mn show Labor Day weekend.
As far as other 1937 items being sought after since that was a Centennial year, only time will tell.
I have a G # 1006 and another pair of D tractors built 12-21-36, this happens to be the day that entered this world.

Never thought about that. I don't think many people do. I think they're more obsessed with 4-bolt B's and Low radiator G's, which is a greed problem. Some could give a rat's arse about any 1937 Deere because if it ain't rare, then it ain't worth it.

I doubt that '37s will ever be very collectible, simply because in 1937, more As and Bs were made than in any of the other unstyled years. They just aren't scarce enough to be terribly valuable. If you can find that gold painted D that you mentioned though, I'm sure that would fetch a bit.

That said, my father's '37 A is worth more to me than a Spoker D, and will never be sold while I'm alive. I hope to have a '37 of each model someday, but just because I like them, not because I think they will be worth anything.

What about a 1929 John Deere all original not restored. Is it rare? Steel wheels and hand crank. Squared Off radiator and lower than most tractors.
