1940 B Carb ??

I have a 1940 B that currently has a DLTX 10 carb on it, I am wondering if a DLTX 67 will fit without changing the manifold? Also will it help to increase HP? Or what can I do carb wise to improve performance for pulling. This is a stock engine.
