1944 A john deere. I have to replace the radiator. So as to not get the wrong parts, what and where do I need to get it from? Also. Where is the water pump on this tractor? I dont see one. Also, does it have a thermostat?

No water pump or thermostat on that tractor. One place to get radiator cores is Lind bros. Tractors. 812 952 3010 or may be Yesterdays tractor parts on this site. Ron MN

Thermosiphon system, that's why the water tubes are so large. Hot water rises, cool water falls to the lower engine inlet pipe.

That's why the water level must be full up to the small neck under the cap. If it drops the water can't circulate and it will overheat.
