does the brake shaft turn in the bushing or does bushing turn in tractor hydraulic housing the bushing is worn away and
shaft out of round badly

Build the housing back up w/ JB Weld and get new bushings

Its not the housing its the brake shaft that is worn egg shaped back about 3/8 inch from end 1/8 deep roughly
