I need to know the torque on the head bolts and the valve settings any help appreciated (it is a 310 turbo)

If you have a shop book the specs are wrong. I did find the one bulletin that has the correct torque for all the bolts except the 2 on each end. I think they raised that as well, but I have not found that information. Question: before I tell you what I would set the valves at, why was the head off? I will be gone for about 2 hours and then will give you the specs I have if nobody else does. J.

J. the motor was built a couple of months ago it is a 310 stock turbo. The head has been O-Ringed using a copper head gasket I am getting little bubbles around the head gasket at the #4 cyl. I just want to retorque and set the V's. Maybe this new info wil help solve my problem thanks for the help.

Well I know the head bolts except for the 2 on each end are torqued to 210 foot pounds. The other 4 I don't remember if they increased the torque or not. It has only been 34 years since I did one! Make sure you put a little antisieze under the head of each bolt. Retorque it when warm. More questions send me a phone number. P. S. How was your liner height and was it the same for all 6 cylinders?

I pull all of them to 210 except for the for the drilled rocker feed bolt. It is pulled to its original spec. which I don't recall at the moment.
