I little short on info, but [u:5f00cd933c]IF[/u:5f00cd933c] you are asking about the independent PTO on a Select-o-Speed tractor the answer is yes and no. Yes, you can pull the cable and "engage" the valve that sends fluid to the PTO clutch, but without the tractor running, no fluid, no engagement, BUT, you can pull the cable.
