1966 Case 930 CK timing marks

I cant get any real sort of information on this for some reason, im guessing theres a mention of it in the owners manual but a straw bale swallowed my wallet so I cant go buying a owners manual at the moment. All I can find online was the engine had to be set to 31 degrees btdc to install the injection pump and that the marks should be on the crank pulley, only problem is there is 2 sets of 2 marks on it. First set are slightly more separated than the second set with is i dont know 3-4 inches that separates the sets of marks, can't find no meaning on them at all. Probably should've mentioned I'm trying to get the injection pump installed. Any help is appreciated

Have you cleaned the crank pulley up so you can read the numbers?? If you can see the numbers align them with the pointer and see if the marks align with each other in the pump timing port ahead of the pump mount.

I think casecollectorsc is telling you the facts. You should see numbers marked off in degrees that is the correct timing location. Also sounds like the vibration dampener are prone to fail and the outer ring with the stamped numbers can rotate out of position which is a common problem with many engines. Here is a link to an older YT thread on that.
