1966 Ford 4000 Power Steering

I have a Plessey Dynamics pump, C5NN-3N675-F Power steering pump. It is leaking out of the pump on the side, out of bolt that looks to maybe have an o-ring under it. The o-ring may have gone bad. Is this a regular o-ring or is it a special style. it is #13 that goes under bolt 14A.

That bolt holds the pressure relief valve in place. Th eo-rinmg part number and description are:

9861410 O-RING 0.07'' Thk x 0.676'' ID, -17, Cl 6, 90 Duro

You can get one from any New Holland dealer by the part number.
