1972 4020 powershift side console

I am looking for a 1972 John Deere powershift, side console deisel tractor on 38" rubber. Anybody know where i can find a good one that is not beat to pieces. Thanks,Scott

Lots of them out there,but then they want more then a newer model with a soundgard body.

As said before, they are out there. But they want gold prices for a 72 powershift. Be ready to cough up around $20k for one.

Unless you just have to have a 4020, I would look at the 40/50 series tractors. Just bought a nice 4450 with 158 loader for a few thousand more. Lot more tractor and the SG cab is wonderful in this Texas heat. I already have a 3020 that I bought cheap that has turned out to be a great tractor for smaller jobs on the ranch. I'd love to have a 72 4020 but they are like 57 chevy convertibles, over priced and more likely used for show than daily use.
