2-105 3 speed

It all depends on what motor is in your 1850, you might have to change the bell-housing on the three speed. ( I believe that the 105 had a 354ci perkins motor), so if your 1850 has the 354 perkins it should bolt up.
 
yes they both have perkins if its a diesel, but the splines on the back of the 1850 are made for the sproket and chain coupler. the 2-105 does not couple together that way. Someone here will know if it has the same splined shaft on the rear of the over /under.
 
1850 has the chain and sproket,105 has the slpined trunion that slips into the transmission.Their both perkins engines and propably interchange other than the rear hook up.
 
Yes it should. You will need to switch the overdrive piston housing which is the trunion mount and everything else behind it. Was the torque in the 1850 a 2 or 3spd? What is wrong with your old one?
