2 different loaders

i am looking at a 51 8n for sale it has the dearborn loader, i know there were 2 different loaders avalible, does anyone know what the other loader was called?

Freeman and Superior both made loaders for 8N,I'm not sure but,I think there was another brand also.

Mine had an Oliver loader on it. It fit either an N or NNA. Dual mounting holes.

Lot more than 2 but I suspect you are thinking of Wagner loaders.

As the others have said many brand name loader that fit and dearborn made 3 or 4 models of loader that fit the 8N tractors. I have 2 8Ns with loader both Dear born and they are both different models

Davis made a heckuva NICE loader "back in the day".

Unlike the Dearborn loader, it doesn't put the operator in a "cage" of loader tubing. It does make a bunch of normal maintenance more difficult, though, and makes it harder to get on and off the tractor.
