201 Gas Engine Question - can they be re-bored/sleeved?

I have a 1972 Ford 4000su that has a stuck motor. Been sitting outside for 10 years, water in cylinders, pistons are stuck. Currently filled each cylinder with Mystery Oil in hopes of freeing the pistons. My question is it possible the block be re-sleeved, if needed?

Yes, common practice to bore and sleeve them back to standard.
