Well anything could be stuck. What have you eliminated? Need more info.
I’m thinking that maybe I’m not putting it in neutral to move.
very confusing shifter on steering dash.
don’t have experience with this tractor.
i’m an Allis Chalmers person.

Go to the site linked below and find the Operator's Manual for your tractor. It takes a bit to figure it out, but you can view or download the OPERATOR'S MANUAL for free,

That should provide details on the operation of the shifter.

Many DEERE tractors must have the shifter in the TOW position if you plan on towing it more than a couple of feet to avoid severe transmission damage, I don't remember if that applies to the 2010, but the manual should cover that.

2010 gear shift pattern is much simpler to understand than other JD rowcrop tractors of similar era. Be sure selector is placed in "tow position" before towing tractor very far. Tow position is between 6 & 7 speeds.

Still can’t get it to move.
found manual.
trying to get it started.
just runs down battery.
cant get choke to move so working on this.
nice jd put up against engine where not easily accessible.
because it is positive ground anyone know how to hookup charger.
I’m thinking positive of charger on chassis
and negative of charger on positive post of battery.

Pull the gear shift lever down and leave in the left rail. If going any distance, pull lever down across from TOW? This puts the transmission in neutral at either positions. Make sure both brakes are released. You should be able to move the tractor.

Positive ground would require positive battery charger clamp to chassis or positive post of battery. Negative clamp of charger to negative battery post.
