So the other day the trans filter light started coming on under 1200rpm. I knew the filters didn't have many hours on them, 70 actually and new hy-tran at the same time. I decided to drain the oil and pull the suction screen out to make sure it wasn't plugged limiting the oil to the filters. Well I found these segmented pieces in the bottom of the case under the screen. Looks like a bearing cage but there were no balls or needles laying in there, but was a small piece of snap ring also.. Haven't done a real hard look in the parts or service manual yet, just trying to get an better idea of where/what to look from some of you more experienced guys. Tractor only has 28xx original hours, I am the second owner for a very long time, to my knowledge the trans has never been touched prior.
Thanks,
Brad
