231 hydraulics problem

Still have the problem. The lift bars just suddenly quit lifting recently. It"s a 10 year 1000 hour 231. I am an engine rebuilder but never tackled such an tough looking thing like the rear end of a tractor. I would open it up but looks like I could get in trouble. I have a shop and all the tools, just don"t know where to begin.
