2590 Case

I have a 2590 Case tractor. One set of the hydraulic remotes works real good and one set is real slow to work a cylinder. I moved the speed adjust knob on top of the valve under the cab but it makes no difference with the flow of oil. the other valve works great. Any ideas? Jerry

jerry ck.the pressure at outlet, plug a guage in at least 3000# should be around 2200# if not probably oring in back of valve,remove valve, use big screw driver to unscrew plug oring is about the size of pencil,
