If it has a 9N in front of the serial number, it would be a 1946 2N.

BTW, you can look up Smiths Olde Tractors on the web and get a lot of general info on that tractor.

It's a '46 2N according to that number; same year as mine(222461)

I looked at the pics...Nice tractor. What is that large grey hub that is over the top of your rear wheel for?

Those are wheel weights weighing 135# each. They are off a Cockshutt/Co-op, but pained grey.
