3 point drops to slow on db880

I have adjusted the needle valve out it only turns 180 degree's.also have cleaned and inspected hold and bypass valves don't see any problems there. any thoughts?

Might take the needle valve out and check it for a restriction, like something caught inside, something restricting the return circuit.
