300 Utility

I have a few questions about my 300 Utility.
How light in weight can you get a 300 utility? Are the push rods for an H, Super H, 300, and 350 solid or hollow? Is an M, 400, or 450 carburetor the same as a 300 carburetor? Thanks for any help just learning how to pull.

Don't know about push rods. 3500 seems to be about as light as they can be. What about a 330?
