309 ford planter

I have a 309 ford planter, I have updated with help you you guys the fertilizer opener disc. Thanks for the help.
Now another question. Ebay is listing a 309 dearborn seeder parts including the plastic seed knockers which would be good to have as a spare. Will they work on my 309, also wondering if 309 dearborn seed plates will work on the 309 ford.

I really dont have the answer you're looking for ,but I'd be willing to bet that the Dearborn 309 and the Ford 309 are the same planter.

I have three 309 ford planters. I don't think the dearborn is the same.

Thanks for your opinion. I am really wanting to have an extra seed knocker. It seems to me thats the guts of being able to use the 309. If one of those breaks then your out of business. I have had my 309 for about a month and am now finding how hard it is to find parts, and seed plates. I have 4 different plates now, so hopefully I will be ok to plant food plots of field corn, and a little sweet corn.
Why do you have 3 planters, you collect them?

Thanks for your opinion. I hope your right with parts and seed plates so hard to come by that would be a chance to maybe find seed knockers, more plates,and seed tubes.

IM TRYING TO PLANT SEED CORN AND THE BAG OF SEEDS CALLS FOR A B9 24 CELL PLATE TO PLANT WITH USING A FORD 309. TRYING MY BEST TO LOCATE THIS PLATE ONLINE AND CANNOT FIND A B9 24. FOUND SEVERAL B9 24X BUT I AM NOT REAL SURE HOW IMPORTANT THE "X" IS? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND A B9 24 PLATE FOR A FORD 309? OR CAN YOU TELL ME IF THE B9 24X I THE SAME PART AND WILL WORK? PLEASE HELP!
