I have a 323 d skidsteer that keeps going into derate. I tried changing the filters many times never dirty, i put a new fuel sensor in no change, air filters are new. Any ideas appriated. Thanks

What codes are present? Is the issue you are having fuel based, with low pressure fuel codes? If filters and sensors have been replaced I would start checking the tank and pick up tube (especially the elbow at the top of the tube) for debris, there could be large enough debris to plug the pick up tube but not show up in the filters.

Unfortunately you will probably have to haul it to the dealer and let them plug it into their computer. With the multitude of sensors,emission controls,ecms pcms you can throw parts at it and not find the problem.

Is the tank vent clean? Had that happen on a 320D.

I think i got it, it was a small intake leak going into the turbo. I dont know why its giving a fuel pressure code.
