350 Utility Seat

I've been looking to replace the back rest of my tractor and the part I ordered doesn't fit, bolt pattern is off by an inch. I must be missing something but is the seat frame different on the 350 and the 350 Utility? Looking at Yesterday's Tractors site, I ordered part #363219R91-1 ($35) and it didn't fit. So now I'm looking at Item 182180, super expensive at $172, but it looks like it has the wrap around back seat, as did my tractor. So from anybody's experience, is this the one I need? Thanks

If the tractor is a user, and not being made to show as complete restoration drill new holes and put the one you purchased to good use. Jim

Thanks for the advise, I've considered it but instead extending the brackets out to fit the back rest.
