Can anyone tell me where to buy the 40 inch tires found on an Oliver 70? I see 9.5R40 available, are there any others and where? Does anyone have any good used ones? Thanks.

Those are the only 40" your going to find new.
Occaisionally there are a few for sale on e-bay or this site, but you will pay for them.

Yea,I got skrewd bad on a pair at an auction a few years ago. They were on IH cast wheels. Layed on top of eachother at the sale. I gave $220 for the pair. Got them home and the bottom one had a split about two feet long around the bead. So,I gave $220 for one tire that I still don't have a mate for.

did you try Miller Tire in Wausean , Ohio ? I am pretty sure they told me they have them or can get them

Yes, Miller is where they are available although my local tire guy says he can get them and that the radials are the only ones available. I'm just looking for alternatives and/or substantiation.... Thanks!
