44-4 Head torque?

Can someone give me the head bolt torque specifications? I"d like the manifold torque spec"s too. I couldn"t find it in the owners manual. Thank in advance. WOK

I was wondering if any body would have the torque spec,s for the head bolts on a massey harris 44, 4 cyl.

My massey book says 130 to 140 ft lbs.Retorgue after engine has been warmed up to normal operating temperature.Also recheck valve tappet clearance after last tightening of cylinder head.

Many tractor manuals do not list manifold stud or bolt specs. Just get them good and snug.

Manifold studs are 3/8 inch, 30 ft lb would be fine.

head: 130-140 ft.lbs.
valves .014 warm.
dont forget to readjust valves after the final retorque.
