Re-threading will make the issue easier to solve with a more readily available joint in the future.

As I posted the right joints are on eBay for one place by part number. I understand the logistics of getting things to Canada form the State can be an big issue.

I doubt I'll ever have to change them again but I don't have much of a choice having to change the threads one the one set of shafts.
