Oil lines are easy to make. The "exhaust pipe" is just an elbow (which is available) and a pipe through the hood. If you are needing the plumbing from the air cleaner to turbo and turbo to intake then good luck on that search.
 
Long as you have an oil supply and drain figuered out I'd suggest you simply get a manifold and Schwitzer turbo for a 7000 along with the plumbing and be done of it. There's nothing special about the Rayjay other than it's apperantly extinct.
You probably don't want to go to the newer style Garrett/Air Research as they were a twin inlet turbo and I beleive they had different exhaust timing to accomodate that style of pulse turbo.
