i have a @ 2005 5103, it has 110 hrs and has lived its life in a container out of the elements. the lifting arms are stuck up and will not go down i have slid a piece of tubing over the arm and applied pressure trying to get it to go down. i have checked all the levers to make sure they have not slipped on the shafts everything is working on them. any advise would be helpful.. signed very disappointed with a green tractor. thanks brian

What has happened is the rockshaft control vale has stuck. The only way to repair this is to disassemble the valve and clean the rust from the spool. This is a common occurrence on these tractors. The lift needs to be held up when removing control valve or you will get an oil bath. Shoot me an email and I'll walk you through if need be
