My FIL as a problem when he pushs the clutch down it applies the left brake,Does the left brake pedal ride on the clutch shaft.I have not looked at it yet,sounds like old dry grease or rust possibly? thanks in advance - Dwayne

Not sure about 8n,but on my 9n,when you engage the clutch,the brake is also engaged,since you are supposed to be stopped when you shift---lha
