5200 fuel puzzle

5520 blowing fuses to injector pump solenoid. As soon as the key would be turned on, the fuse would blow. I disconnected a plugin that goes to water intake just below the top radiator hose, and the problem vanished. Started right up and ran good. I think the water temperature has to do with timing of injector pump. Help - what should be the next step? Replace the temperature sensor? Thanks

it does sound like the temp sensor is shorted to ground.yes you could try by changing sensor.

This kind of stuff spooks me about new tractors with fancy electronic dodads.
