I just bought a 5288 and was wondering were do you put your wires for your planter moniter I don't want to run them in the window is that the only way you can go or do they have some other way like through a groumet I don't see and did they come from factory with a 467 motor thanks for any info

back window unless you have extra long montitor wires and can go throught the floor by the door.
467 is really a 466, C4 blocks were the last ones cast with the 466 stamp after that they went to 467 and 437 on the 5X88 tractors.

I get power from the fuse panel or relays under the steering wheel, pully open that little door between your feet and use a test light to find a hot terminal on one of the solenoids, they are direct from the battery, I run a short pigtail and just unplug my monitors leaving the pigtail lay on the floor in front of the brake pedals. YOu can ground it on several of the cab structure bolts.
