560 hydraulics

what would cause the hydraulics to "go under load" for about 3 seconds, pulling the engine down a bit. then run normal for 5 seconds or so. these times are an estimate. the hitch control works fine and the power steering is ok. it makes a kind of squealing noise and the main hydraulic line on the left side by the clutch pedal vibrates. this tractor was is storgage for several years. worked fine when i put it away. i guess i"ll put it back in storage. any ideas what would cause this?

Check and see if the dual /single remote setting valves have been moved.

Little knobs down below the dash at about boot top height...adjustable wrench fits them.

i don't think the valves under the dash have been moved.

how does one unstick the main valve in the hydraulic pump??

Assuming you have a fast hitch---check for any binding on the "position sensing" rod that goes from the fast hitch up to the sensing control up by the foot clutch area on the front of the platform. Also could be rust on the input shaft/ linkage at this point.
