630 clutch pulley

I just had the dog ear break off inside the pulley. I know pulleys are hard to find and very expensive if you do find them. I was wondering if they can be welded and if so how well do they hold up?

Many repairs are common..

Proper welding can be done..

Repair parts can be cut from JD "60" or JD "A" clutch-drum and welded into the 620/630 drum..

There are services available to have that drum repaired to better than new condition..

They can be welded... just be sure you find a welder that understands how these work and lines up everything correctly, we had a welder mess up one on a 620 because he didn't quite understand how everything worked together.
