A pump from an 806 will fit fine and the pump is located behind the plate right in front of the left rear axle as you are sitting on the tractor.
 
are you sure pump is bad i ws going to on 656 and had a guy come and check press and flow and was a combining valve under the seat . saved me some bucks as I was going to replace pump
