7060 squeal from hydraulics

I have a loud high pich squeal coming from the hyd valve body under the back of the cab on my 7060. When I move the 3 point arms up or down the squealing stops. As soon as the arms stop moving the noise comes back. I"m guessing that when the valve is bypassing the pressure is causing the noise. Questions are: could a fluid change or Lucas addative stop this, is an adjustment needed, or am I going to have to rebuild the valve assy?

i had one do something like that. i found a broken priority valve spring

Well I found what the squeal was! One of the remote levers was slightly pulled back, trying to send pressure to the fittings that weren't connected to anything. Since there was no flow the valve for that remote circut was bypassing/squealing. When I returned the lever to neutral the squealing stopped!!!
