720 Diesel Head??

I have been trying to find a head for a 720 Diesel for a while and recently found 2 withen driving distance. One is a new old stock with no valves, and the other is a good used with valves. My question is how much is each of these head's worth? (JUST TRYING NOT TO GET RIPED A NEW ONE) Any help would be apreached THANKS!

Buick if you check the parts book the 720 head after seial#7214900 uses head assy. AF3706R this is the same as 730 and does not have the coppper tubes inj holes are case in on the later heads this head also is the replacement head for 70s and early 720s

boy you must be old iam 68 and started work on deeres when i was 14 never the less the later heads where used on the last 720s smart guy

How about the value of the 730 head the part # show's that it is the new old stock i have found in a building and is the one that doesn't have the injector tubes?

I would go for the good used one with valves. Pull the valves and check them out if they can still be ground. I bought all new ones from Deere for my 720, if I remember right the were 70-80 bucks a valve.
If you got the complete head you'd have springs, keepers and locks.
Would think $250 should get you the complete head.
