Looking at a 57 720 d has a factory wide front, no 3 pt, back tires are shot, 1 back rim is starting to go, both engines run, good sheet metal. What is a ball park price to offer? Thanks

Bob, the seller should be the one to set the asking price. That said, I would not be able to tell you what to counter with as I don't know the ballpark figure.

Tires and a complete 3-Point are gonna cost ya about $2,500.oo ..maybe more..

Figure on that right from the start...

Ron..

Is it a "Green Dash" or a "Black Dash"? The Green Dash model does not have the upgrades and improvements of the Black Dash.
Hard to price them with no pictures and other information, but my top dollar would be around $2,000.
Tires will cost you no matter which ones you pick, and the original 3 point will run $1,500 complete.
When done you would do good to break even.
There are many other things to consider. Many of the pony motors are worn out and need a rebuild. If it smokes much at all once it is running, it is done. Many tractor sellers will say that "all pony motors smoke like that". It is just not true. They are either repeating what they hear others say or they know better and are lying.
Diesels can be expensive when you get in to rebuilding pumps, racks, injectors, etc.
If you do not know these tractors, find someone that does to help you out.

I have a 720 green dash similar to what you describe. Mine has factory 3 point, rims are good and it has a dual loader. I have refused an offered, $6,000. It is worth way more than that to me.
