I am having over heating problems.
When i run it for awhile (full throttle) it gets pretty hot and then when you let it idle it over heats and shuts down. When you only run it for 15 minutes at 3/4 throttle it doesnt get hot at all. I cleaned the raidiator and fan and still the same. it runs fine nothing abnormal (no antfreeze leaks around water pump or raidiator and fluid looks very clean).
Any ideas? thanks

Had a small tractor with a similar problem. Belt was right tension, radiator clean, thermostat worked ok, no coolant oozing anywhere. Replaced the water pump. WP shaft bearing was real loose and wobbly. Pump turned but wasn't pushing much. Engine was running hot and would overheat. Problem disapeared after the pump swap.

yup, i agree with zacsdad, very well could be water pump. here are photos of a taurus water pump we replaces here at the shop, impeller corroded(electrolisys) pump would no longer move coolant, car overheated, new pump cured that
