770 oliver bore stroke

770 has a 3.50 bore and a 3.75 stroke how big can I go on the bore and how much stroke can I get without causing problems after a few pulls? I would like to get all the low end tourque and horse power I can get. Would using a different head help?

Korves has 3.75 kits . get an intake and exhaust manifold say a 1555 . 880 valves for that head. without stoking it and a little carburetor work you can get 70 hp or better .

Sorry Kieth,what I meant was i used stock 77 rods in a 5.250,just wondering if you went with something different.
