In the Wendall oliver book there is a paragraph about an 80 having a seperate clutch for the belt pulley and pto. Does anyone know what they are talking about? I have two 80's, a 38 and mid 40's model. Did all have this? Something I can add if I do not have it? Any details would be appreciated.
 
You have disconnect levers, not clutches. Wedall has done a lot for the hobby, but his Oliver book also like most books has some mistakes.
