Yesterday's Tractor Forums
Acording to the shop manual they used a neoprene oil guard and gasket on the intake valve.These were used up on the valve stem keeper area.
 
Yes: Now how late of an 88 do you have and is it gas or diesel. Remember there were 2 different methods of oiling the rocker arms as well. Part number used to be H-194. They are located inside the 2 piece intake valve spring retainers.
