8N bogs down

Bad condenser will cause problems like you have. Real infrequently but it does happen.
A long shot here. I had a tractor doing the same thing. I was disking in some tall weeds. The air cleaner sucked in so much stuff, it was starving for air at full throttle. Someone mentioned the condenser. A condenser will cause a problem, like a fuel problem. Stan

Looks like I have my weekend planned out for me, lol!

I think I will re-check all the electrical first. Hopefully I've messed up and got some leads crossed over. That would be a nice easy fix!
Plug wires can be correct 1-2-4-3 on spark plugs and distributor cap, BUT, be off one hole in cap. Been there, done that with my TO30.

Thank you, it's definitely worth a try! I'm still a little unsure where exactly to drill the third hole.
I'll have to go back and study the photos someone sent earlier.
